Alice Games
Vacation Cafe Simulator
The Challenge
Alice Games had already run Dig, Dig, Die and Dynamite Day through Trapster before bringing Vacation Cafe Simulator — a seaside café management game — to the platform. By this point the studio wasn't testing the channel; it was scaling it, and the goal was the largest coordinated creator push it had attempted.
The page was already sizeable at roughly 168,000 wishlists ahead of a date announcement, so the campaign had to add meaningful volume on top of an audience that was already paying attention.
The Approach
Tiered CPM at $5 / $4 / $3 across TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram Reels, dedicated videos only, tagged #VCSdate to line the coverage up with the date reveal.
62 creators enrolled — the largest roster the studio had assembled on the platform — and shipped 108 videos over six days: 48 on TikTok, 31 on Shorts, 29 on Reels. Tracked views reached 2,236,718, led by a single Reel at 1.17M. The Steam page added 6,514 wishlists across the window at $0.69 each, with the effective CPM landing at $2.01.
